Windows XP SP 2 Users

For security reasons, Windows XP Service Pack 2 blocks some pop-up windows. This Web site uses pop-ups for teaching purposes. To avoid possible problems, Internet Explorer users should add The Virtual Chase to the "trusted zone." To do this:

  1. In Internet Explorer
  2. Go to Tools/Internet Options
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Highlight Trusted sites
  5. Click the Sites button
  6. Uncheck the box next to Require Server Verification
  7. Copy and paste the Web address or key it in (https://www.virtualchase.com)
  8. Click the Add button
  9. Check the box next to Require Server Verification
  10. Click OK until you close all the dialog boxes
  11. Close all browser windows and then relaunch the browser
