Email Distribution

E-mail remains the preferred method of delivery for most Internet users. But information providers should be aware that stringent spam filters prevent some customers from receiving e-mail, even if they opt to subscribe to it. There are also incompatibilities between e-mail clients, which could interfere with delivery. Moreover, with about 90 percent of e-mail being spam, it's likely even opt-in readers miss some issues.
